Did you know? Under Queensland law, a real estate agent can only act for the Buyer, OR for the Seller of a given property – NEVER BOTH. This is especially important when it comes to price.

When an agent lists a property ‘For Sale’, this agent becomes the Seller’s Agent and is required by law, to achieve the highest possible price for the Seller.

Most real estate agencies in Queensland operate as Seller’s Agents … so if you’re looking to BUY real estate, it’s not in your best interest to go to a Seller’s Agent – you need someone on your side!
